Refund Policy

Returns are allowed within 5 days of receipt of purchase for store credit only. To process your return, please follow the instructions here.

To ensure your return process moves smoothly, please print and complete our return form.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. If an item is used, we are unable to process and accept your return.

Items purchased during promotions are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a Fifth Noir E-Gift card, redeemable upon receipt. Please allow 5 business days after receipt of your returned items for your store credit to be issued.
